This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made at www.alibrahimfabrics.com.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The fabric is unused and unstitched

  • The item is in original condition

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and quality reasons, stitched or altered fabric cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or stitched fabrics

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Orders returned without prior approval

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • The wrong fabric

  • A defective item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your request and offer:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund (if applicable)

We carefully inspect all premium Wash & Wear fabrics before dispatch to ensure quality.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Different color (subject to availability)

  • Different product of equal value

If the exchanged product costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

Al Ibrahim Fabrics is not responsible for lost return parcels.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before shipment confirmation

  • Within a limited time after placing the order

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Color & Texture Disclaimer

Due to lighting and screen differences:

  • Slight color variations may occur

  • Minor texture differences may appear

These do not qualify as defects.
